Step 1. Download

Step 2. Extract

Step 3. After extraction

Step 4. Right-click -> properties

Step 5. Select the Security tab and editStep 6.  Allow full controlStep 7.  Repeat step 6 for second SQL File

Step 8. Windows + R top open Run DialogStep 9. In Run Command Type ssms to open Sql Server Management Studio
