How to create fee vouchers

By using school management software, you can generate fee vouchers for all students.

First step: Create your fee invoice / invoice month

  1. Go to Cash In => Fee Invoices => New Invoice
  2. Fill the values
  3. Click Add button

2nd Step: Assign fee to students

Go to Cash In => Fee Assignment => Assign monthly fee

Click Assign Monthly Fee button

3rd step: Create fee vouchers with different designs

Go to Reports => Students Fee => Fee Vouchers

Click Go button

You can change Report View to change the Fee voucher design.
